BREAKING NEWS: MISSING MALAYSIA #MH370 FLIGHT ENDED IN THE SOUTHERN INDIAN OCEAN – MALAYSIA PM REVEALS
The families of passengers aboard Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 have been told the plane is now assumed lost in the Indian Ocean.
The families received a text message from the airline with the information, according to a producer who saw a copy of the message.
“We deeply regret that we have to assume beyond any reasonable doubt that MH370 has been lost and that none of those on board have survived,” the message read, adding that the plane had to be assumed down in the southern part of the Indian Ocean.
“It is therefore with deep sadness and regret that I must inform you that according to this new data, MH370 ended in the southern Indian Ocean,” said Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak in a press conference.
Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 vanished from civilian radar screens less than an hour after take-off from Kuala Lumpur for Beijing with 239 people on board on March 8.
No confirmed sighting of the plane has been made since.
